We were so excited to be able to host our small group (20 adults and 9 kids) at our home on Sunday night, and help pull off a special surprise. David and Laurie Stay celebrated their anniversary this weekend and David wanted to surprise his wife with an impromptu ceremony to renew their vows in our backyard by the lake. Former group members, Todd and Bethany Johnson joined us to conduct the ceremony which was so sweet, with the focus placing Christ at the center of their relationship. I think that this picture symbolizes that desire.

A Special Surprise
